Account Information
When you sign in, we collect basic profile information from your authentication provider (Google, email, or phone number). This may include your name, email address, and profile picture.
Your Content
We store your conversation history with the AI assistant and tutorial progress so you can access them across sessions and devices.
We do not collect device information, analytics, or any data beyond what is listed above.
Your sign-in information is used solely to link your conversations and tutorial progress to your account, allowing you to access your history across devices and sessions.
We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.
Chat conversations with the AI assistant are processed by third-party AI services to generate responses. When you send a message, the content of your conversation is transmitted to these external AI providers.
Once your data is sent to third-party AI services, it is subject to their respective privacy policies and data handling practices. We do not control how these providers process, store, or use the data after transmission.
Your conversations are not used by RuleWarden to train AI models.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard authentication through Firebase to secure your account.
Chat conversations are automatically deleted after 7 days. Accounts that have been inactive for more than 30 days are automatically deleted, along with all associated data including conversation history and preferences.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your conversations and personal information will be permanently removed from our systems.
