Welcome to RuleWarden. By accessing or using our web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use RuleWarden.

RuleWarden provides the following features:

• An AI-powered assistant for answering Agemonia rules questions
• Interactive tutorials for learning the game
• Campaign management and tracking tools
• Hero and character reference information

RuleWarden is provided as a helpful companion tool. While we strive for accuracy, always refer to the official Agemonia rulebook for authoritative rules interpretations.

To use RuleWarden, you must create an account using one of our supported authentication methods (Google Sign-In, email/password, or phone number).

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When using RuleWarden, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Upload malicious content or attempt to abuse the AI assistant
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Agemonia IP: Agemonia IP: Agemonia, its characters, artwork, rules, and related content are the intellectual property of Lautapelit.fi and/or their respective owners. RuleWarden uses references to Agemonia content for informational purposes as a fan project.

RuleWarden Content: RuleWarden Content: The RuleWarden application, its unique features, code, and original content are the property of RuleWarden. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

User Content: User Content: You retain ownership of any content you create within RuleWarden (such as campaign notes). By using the service, you grant us a license to store and display this content as necessary to provide the service.

RuleWarden includes an AI-powered assistant to help answer rules questions. Please note:

• AI responses are generated based on available information and may not always be accurate
• The AI is not an official source for Agemonia rules
• Always verify important rules with the official rulebook
• Conversations may be processed by third-party AI services

RuleWarden is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RuleWarden and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by the AI assistant or any other features of RuleWarden.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the app or updating the "Last updated" date above.

Your continued use of RuleWarden after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

You may stop using RuleWarden at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.
